Integration Matrix

This one is a great planning tool from Differentiating Instruction in the Regular Classroom:  How to Reach and Teach All Learners, Grades 3-12, by Diane Heacox.  It has Bloom's Taxonomy across the top of the matrix and Gardner's Multiple Intelligences down the side of the matrix.  It has examples of verbs that correspond to each part of Bloom's and suggestions for activities that correspond to different intelligences.  You can then see if the activities you're planning (and find suggestions for activities) fall under a variety of categories and intelligences, and potentially make adjustments to reach more learners.  Let me know if you'd like to see this text, and I'll send it or bring it to you.  The Integration Matrix is copyrighted for individual classroom, small group and personal use, so you can copy it for your classroom, but I don't think I can post it here.

This definition is from p 17 of the Differentiated Instruction book preview posted on Google Books.
This is from p34 of the Differentiated Instruction book preview posted on Google Books.  There are 8 different lists of different kinds of projects.  I've handed this list out to my classes at the beginning of a semester to see what kinds of projects they are most interested in.
